This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. My unit was broken into, and all my shoes and some jewelry were stolen. The thieves accessed my unit through a gap above the storage shutter—a significant security flaw. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to file a claim with their insurance. I have a storage here with this company, and due to the economy and my financial situation, I have needed to ask for an extension. Mia and Steven are amazing, and they will work with you as long as you communicate with them. They are very understanding, and get that life happens. If I could give them 10/10 stars I definitely would.

Moving is always such a stressful experience, but Stephen at Public Storage made this part of the process so easy and stress-free for us! They have my account permanently marked as past due when in fact my account is paid out 2 months ahead. The site manager is also extremely rude and I had to call the regional manager on her. The MOMENT I am able to come back to get my stuff out of there I will.
