This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. My unit was broken into, and all my shoes and some jewelry were stolen. The thieves accessed my unit through a gap above the storage shutter—a significant security flaw. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to file a claim with their insurance. They have my account permanently marked as past due when in fact my account is paid out 2 months ahead. The site manager is also extremely rude and I had to call the regional manager on her. Update: I received a call from Jessie, who helped clear my account from showing past due and also provided excellent customer service. I have a storage here with this company, and due to the economy and my financial situation, I have needed to ask for an extension. Mia and Steven are amazing, and they will work with you as long as you communicate with them. They are very understanding, and get that life happens. If I could give them 10/10 stars I definitely would.
Mia is amazing!!! She helped me with a charge that I had and wasn’t supposed to be on my account she worked diligently and was able to get that charge credited to my account she did exactly what she said she would!! If you’re having any type of problem she’s the one to go to!! In my opinion Public Storage on Binz Engleman is very lucky to have Mia working for them she’s an awesome person!!! Thank you Mia for your hard work and diligence!!!!
