This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. My unit was broken into, and all my shoes and some jewelry were stolen. The thieves accessed my unit through a gap above the storage shutter—a significant security flaw. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to file a claim with their insurance. They have my account permanently marked as past due when in fact my account is paid out 2 months ahead. The site manager is also extremely rude and I had to call the regional manager on her. The MOMENT I am able to come back to get my stuff out of there I will. Update: I received a call from Jessie, who helped clear my account from showing past due and also provided excellent customer service.
