This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. My unit was broken into, and all my shoes and some jewelry were stolen. The thieves accessed my unit through a gap above the storage shutter—a significant security flaw. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to file a claim with their insurance. Very clean and affordable. Mia had everything ready for us making our transaction very fast and simple. Nice to see customer service as awesome as Mia provided.
