I closed out my storage unit in person and turned in the lock 2 months ago. I spoke with the manager in person. I am still being charged excessively for a unit that I closed out. I try to talk to Public Storage and no one answers the phone and I live in another country. I've been a customer at other Public Storage facilities across the US and never had this issue before.
