Went in today to make a payment and Juanita was a great help . She was fast with the transaction and really kind . She was in a situation that you wouldn't give the next customer great service but she put that aside and attended to me just perfect and she also walked all the way to me at my storage to give me back my ID cause I forgot it on the counter . Here's the updated review including mention of predatory rental increases: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Public Storage. They recently raised my rent by $38 a month with no warning, which feels like a predatory rental increase designed to squeeze more money out of customers. This makes it unreasonably expensive. My mother and I had a very inconvenient time with our movers, making it extremely frustrating to unload. We ended up having to rent a new unit & Jaunita was the most sunshine we have seen so far today! She was so kind, patient, and understanding. Made a really hard morning so much lighter!! Thank you Jaunita!
This was supposed to be a climate controlled facility. We unloaded on a Saturday… no power on in the facility. It is now Tuesday and they still have no power and no answers. No one appears to be accountable. Do not rent here!
Antonette was super helpful after I couldn’t figure out how to process a payment online. She walked me through the entire process and was happy to do it. I’ve been in a few times and she has provided me with nothing short of excellent and professional customer service. It’s hard to find people that truly care about your business and that know their business like the back of their hand but I found it here. Really impressed with this location and their employee.
