Here's the updated review including mention of predatory rental increases: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Public Storage. They recently raised my rent by $38 a month with no warning, which feels like a predatory rental increase designed to squeeze more money out of customers. This makes it unreasonably expensive. The storage units and the staff are great (staff is wonderful!), but prices just keep going up. It increased $40+ about 6 months ago and now it is increasing another $40+ next month. Prices are outrageous compared with other storage units in the area. If you look around nearly half or more of the units there are currently vacant. Little wonder with the prices they ate charging...
Antoinette is amazing. She is always available and is always willing to help us out. Clean facilities and great prices. ☺️
Went in today to make a payment and Juanita was a great help . She was fast with the transaction and really kind . She was in a situation that you wouldn't give the next customer great service but she put that aside and attended to me just perfect and she also walked all the way to me at my storage to give me back my ID cause I forgot it on the counter .
