Went in today to make a payment and Juanita was a great help . She was fast with the transaction and really kind . She was in a situation that you wouldn't give the next customer great service but she put that aside and attended to me just perfect and she also walked all the way to me at my storage to give me back my ID cause I forgot it on the counter . Great price for the unit. Very friendly and professional staff. Made the process very easy and not stressful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a storage place... this is it.
My mother and I had a very inconvenient time with our movers, making it extremely frustrating to unload. We ended up having to rent a new unit & Jaunita was the most sunshine we have seen so far today! She was so kind, patient, and understanding. Made a really hard morning so much lighter!! Rented here for over a year. Water damage on pretty much everything. Insurance through them is absolutely awful. Requires original receipts, which not everyone keeps. Was never notified about all of the water damage, which is odd since they claim to look at all storages from the outside daily. Water was coming out of the door. I moved out on 10/31/24, they didn’t accept it as the water damaged furniture was still in it. Crazy because you’d think they would at least for me the favor of throwing those away.
