I needed storage quickly, affordable, and safe. I got that along with amazing customer service. Every need we had was accommodated. They went above and beyond to help my family in a time of need. Everything was clearly defined, all questions answered. I really could go on and on about how great of an experience I have had.
Here's the updated review including mention of predatory rental increases: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Public Storage. They recently raised my rent by $38 a month with no warning, which feels like a predatory rental increase designed to squeeze more money out of customers. This makes it unreasonably expensive. Nice staff and helped me out so well. I had a very good experience with them both they helped me get a promotion as well and I walked out happy. They gave me all the real my information and were very nice. They let me look at multiple units and helped me with prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else great experience i recommend Paul and Cameron they helped me out so much.
Initially very great place to work with but after only a year our rent went up by over 40$ to “stay competitive with others in the area” found another facility for half the price and a bigger storage locker. Would definitely recommend you shop around
