I had an excellent experience with Public Storage. Roland and Cameron were quite professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth and stressfree. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. Customer service like this is hard to find these days highly recommend. Great job guys
Overall I had a great experience with moving into a new storage unit. The access code keypad wasn't working properly so I had to ask for assistance from the site manager Cameron. She was able to assist me with accessing the building and I was able to move into my new unit without fault. She provided excellent customer service and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a storage unit and/or needs assistance with any storage unit needs. Great friendly person and very knowledgeable in her area of work.
Cameron and Antonette are amazing. Everytime I’ve came to the office both ladies shave been so very helpful, from explaining the sizes and the app to just going the extra mile and taking a second to listen to the customer needs. I would definitely recommend using this storage.
Amazing customer service from Antonette and Cameron. Their customer service was only rivaled by their smiles, kindness and charm. Their patience and professionalism to ensure I got my unit on the right date and at the right price was everything.
My experience at Public Storage was great. They were very knowledgeable. Cameron was our salesperson and she was awesome. I would recommend anyone to her.
