Rent increased by 40% after the first 4 months, then after another nine month it increased an additional 15%. Then, again, after another nine months it increased 25%. In less than two years the rent has almost doubled. This is a total scam and the call center will apparently give you a 3 month delay in rent increase once ever 12 months, even though the rent increases come ever 9 months. Read the reviews. It is a scam. Other storage facilities in Dallas do not rip you off like this.
