Miranda is a great worker! Great Customer service and she answered our questions when we had them. She is a great helper and she always had a smile. She keeps the place clean as well. I wish I could give her a 10/10.
Rented a unit here not even a month ago realized it was too small so got another, I scheduled the move out for the small one and the move in for the big one for today (05/25). Somebody called me to verify my move out and I told them I was just moving from one unit to the next cause I needed a bigger one. Got there to do the move of my stuff to one unit from the next but only problem I can’t get to my smaller unit like literally the elevator won’t let me go to the floor cause for some reason it’s been put that I already vacat... read more
I had a wonderful experience signing up at the office. Two ladies Miranda and Chelsie was such great help and had great knowledge of the units and how to sign online. Thank you for a great experience there 😎
They rip people off. They give you a good price in the beginning. After 6 months, they raise it 50 bucks. And then after another 6 months it's another 50 bucks. And for a $100 storage you're paying 200. They are a rip-off and they don't give any breaks. And they also charge you a $30 Admin fee on top that they'll charge you for a lock if you don't have it. So. Yes, they are a rip-off. And as soon as they raise my storage again, I will be moving to another storage.
Update March 2024: I had to go through the regional vice president to gain access to the facility after hours. He was kind and offered me a free month of rent, and made sure I had access for the days and times I needed. It's still crazy to me that I need a VP to gain access with all the access technology this place has. According to the VP they made the decision to close after hours access at some point but despite being able to contact their tenants via phone, app, email, and mail there is only a paper notice when you arriv... read more
