Amazing Service from Noslyn and Chelsie! I had an awesome experience at Public Storage thanks to Noslyn and Chelsie. They were both super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me out. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good nowadays — I really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location!
The gate has been broken for more than 3 months. The ac barely works and there are never any carts. the price still goes up. How ban you charge your customer more when you are not even delivering service properly. The people onsite are nice and helpful when you can find them.
The app/website to pay your bill is absolutely awful. After about a year of having no problems with autopay being set up, it randomly turned off and I started missing payments. It still won’t let me set up autopay again and makes me pay the bill manually every month now. If I don’t pay the bill on the day it’s due, the next day I get angry and threatening phone calls from the staff saying they are going to cut my locks and take my stuff. As of the last 6-8 months approximately, this place is nothing as advertised. It’s hard to find an employee actually present on site for assistance. Most times I go their office is empty, the chair is pushed in and the computer screen is off. For just about the majority of the past year the building has not been secured…either the entrance bay door or the exit bay door (or both) have always stayed open. Dwayne at the Public Storage on Post Oak was very friendly and helpful. He showed us a couple different size units. I decided to rent a space at this facility because of the great customer service and it is a very clean facility.
