I’ve had such a great experience with my storage unit, thanks to the amazing management. Miranda is always professional, friendly, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and their customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend!
This is such a nice location and the property manager, Miranda, is a really good person. She’s very easy to talk to. She works with you to find the best deal and the best unit. I love that. There is great security here and units are all climate controlled. The units, themselves, are also all in good shape. They even have carts located at the bottom of the elevators so that you can easily move large items into your space. Thank you for everything, Miranda.
Have been here for three years and never had one issue. I am moving out of state and was closing out my unit. Laura the property manager was great. It was fast and easy and she even helped me move a couple of my larger items as I cleared out my unit. Thank you Laura and highly recommend this Public Storage as it’s secure great central location and Laura was very helpful,
Miranda & chelsi are so wonderful and will work with you to help you get in to figure out everything also to help you get into the app to make everything a lot easier for you. I would recommend them because I had a great experience.
Great experience at the Post Oak and Reggis Court locations with Chelsea. She went above and beyond by staying after hours and over her lunch break to help us. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
