Have been here for three years and never had one issue. I am moving out of state and was closing out my unit. Laura the property manager was great. It was fast and easy and she even helped me move a couple of my larger items as I cleared out my unit. Thank you Laura and highly recommend this Public Storage as it’s secure great central location and Laura was very helpful,
Great experience at the Post Oak and Reggis Court locations with Chelsea. She went above and beyond by staying after hours and over her lunch break to help us. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I called and talked to chelsie she was very helpful! she answered all my questions, she was very sweet. When i’m ready to choose a storage unit i will for sure be coming here! thank you chelsie for your hard work!

Chelse is one of the most excellent managers I have ever meet. She goes above and beyond to help the customers by cleaning, delivering carts to assist with unloading and loading storage units, and she is very informed of the business, all excellent qualities in delivering great customer service.
