I’ve been renting with this company at the Regis Ct facility for about six months. Never had an issue until today. Luckily my issue was resolved by the nice, friendly and helpful Mr. Dwayne. He helped me with a difficult issue dealing with my account and in result that made me extremely happy and grateful. Thank you again Mr. Dwayne for your patience and excellent customer service.
I’ve had such a great experience with my storage unit, thanks to the amazing management. Miranda is always professional, friendly, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and their customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend!
This is such a nice location and the property manager, Miranda, is a really good person. She’s very easy to talk to. She works with you to find the best deal and the best unit. I love that. There is great security here and units are all climate controlled. The units, themselves, are also all in good shape. They even have carts located at the bottom of the elevators so that you can easily move large items into your space. Thank you for everything, Miranda.
I came in to inquire about a storage unit but wasn’t sure what size I needed. Mr. Dwayne was extremely helpful. He asked what all items at I had and recommended the right size unit. He showed me the storage space and also suggested some extra moving materials I might need. Overall, it was a great experience!
Have been here for three years and never had one issue. I am moving out of state and was closing out my unit. Laura the property manager was great. It was fast and easy and she even helped me move a couple of my larger items as I cleared out my unit. Thank you Laura and highly recommend this Public Storage as it’s secure great central location and Laura was very helpful,
