Today I purchase a storage unit. I really appreciate Lori her customer service was fast and friendly. She filled me in on all the information and details that I need to know about renting. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication. I am happy about my unit and in the future I will use public storage as my number 1 storage facility. Keep up the great services
Lori was great! First time renter and she made the process easy. She’s very informative and sets clear expectations about the property and fees. You must have a cylinder lock for these units. Very clean space.
The Georgetown location for Public Storage has been awesome. Lori has been my contact and she is not only knowledgeable, but efficient and a problem solver. In today’s world finding good customer service is sometimes not easy. Laurie has proven that it still exists.
Excellent communication from Mary via phone after I started, but didn’t complete the process online. She offered to help and asked if I had any questions. I spoke with Lori in person, super helpful and great communication skills. She made sure I understood how to access the unit and find my key/lock. Super helpful staff. The unit is what you would expect and we are satisfied with it.
They will drill out your lock and go through your stuff if you’re late by a few days . Be aware. Pretty sure they were looking for stuff to sell
