Facility is clean, safe and has easy in/out access. We needed a storage space very short notice and were not sure how big of a space we needed so we visited in-person. The property manager, Juanita showed us a few options and assisted us to complete the rental on the spot, while providing us with outstanding customer service, and she is bilingual. The rental process was quick and the price reasonable. We highly recommend this storage property and staff.
I went to find the location, went to the wrong one. Your e mails,texts,or reviews never have addresses just pop up. Tasha directed me to the right one. There I met Bill, awesome guy. Showed me where unit was, showed me how the keys worked, location was very tidy. Kudos Bill.
We've used the Public Storage facility in Georgetown for nearly three years as a business, and we couldn't be happier. The location is incredibly accessible, always very clean, and has been consistently reliable. We've never had a single issue during our time here. A special shoutout to Bill, who is absolutely fantastic—he’s always helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this location for both personal and business storage needs!
This place has a huge rodent problem. Please don’t use this facility. That’s rat pee on my furniture.
As you can also see from other reviews, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here. They have a serious rodent problem and when I brought it up to the manager, he said he already knew. No one apologize. No one offered compensation. The office is supposed to close at 9PM, I went at 6PM to do my final move out and the lady was already gone. **RATS**
