Lori was great! First time renter and she made the process easy. She’s very informative and sets clear expectations about the property and fees. You must have a cylinder lock for these units. Very clean space.
Excellent communication from Mary via phone after I started, but didn’t complete the process online. She offered to help and asked if I had any questions. I spoke with Lori in person, super helpful and great communication skills. She made sure I understood how to access the unit and find my key/lock. Super helpful staff. The unit is what you would expect and we are satisfied with it.

Facility is clean, safe and has easy in/out access. We needed a storage space very short notice and were not sure how big of a space we needed so we visited in-person. The property manager, Juanita showed us a few options and assisted us to complete the rental on the spot, while providing us with outstanding customer service, and she is bilingual. The rental process was quick and the price reasonable. We highly recommend this storage property and staff.
I went to find the location, went to the wrong one. Your e mails,texts,or reviews never have addresses just pop up. Tasha directed me to the right one. There I met Bill, awesome guy. Showed me where unit was, showed me how the keys worked, location was very tidy. Kudos Bill.
