We've used the Public Storage facility in Georgetown for nearly three years as a business, and we couldn't be happier. The location is incredibly accessible, always very clean, and has been consistently reliable. We've never had a single issue during our time here. A special shoutout to Bill, who is absolutely fantastic—he’s always helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this location for both personal and business storage needs!
This place has a huge rodent problem. Please don’t use this facility. That’s rat pee on my furniture.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers never answer the phone and they’re never in the office. That being said, I’ve called 15-20 times in a row just to be able to reach a person. I work all day and when I do get the chance to go up to the property, no one is ever inside the office. I can’t sit and wait for god knows how long for someone to come in. We have been with this storage place for a couple of years and it has been fantastic! Bill, in Georgetown, is always so accommodating and always provides the best customer service. He's always willing to help and we couldn't ask for a better location and treatment ❤️
