UPDATE: 8/29/2025 What I originally said was ALL water damage in my original review was confirmed to actually be RAT URINE and poop on my furniture along with the leak that occurred. All the yellow stains on the wall, including what's on the floor in the pictures posted was confirmed as rat urine by a certified BIOHAZARD removal cleanup service who offered to come out and review my unit.
