I was in the process of looking for a unit for my recent move, but had my sister go in advance to see any potential units that I may want and to see the different options available in person. Jose was able to walk her and I (virtually) through the ones I was interested in. He was attentive, patient, and helpful. He was even able to find me a few discounts. Highly recommend and thanks again for the help.
This place is great! I got a really good deal on a very clean unit and the lady at the front named Mandy is always so helpful and kind. Some of the best customer service I've ever had anywhere, thank you!
On the day where I was moving and needed to pick up my stored items, the hours on the website said that it was open but the office was closed. I found the gate destroyed, and the code box said to contact the manager but there was no manager on site and no one was picking up the phone. I ended up having someone walk around the premise on foot to find another gate and we were able to find a side gate that was open. I’m disappointed Public Storage did not notify its customers of this issue

On Tuesday, I stopped by this Public Storage location to check out units as my family and I are in the process of moving.
