Lyn did an amazing job assisting me with obtaining a parking spot for my trailer. He got me in and out QUICKLY. Process was fast and easy! He has great customer service and was very polite as well. He showed me the location of my parking spot to make sure it would be the right fit for what I needed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have one of the RUDEST employees I’ve ever engaged with in my life. I moved out of state and had friends get things out of the unit and apparently things were left. He called me with an attitude and stated my unit was 40% full which was IMPOSSIBLE considering I moved almost everything with me. The very next day he called with a nasty attitude ONCE AGAIN and stated that he emptied my unit and I’m being charged a $100 cleaning fee and can’t even tell me what was in the unit.
