Mayra is incredibly rude. I do not recommend this facility. What happened to the previous managers, Jocelyn and Jose? They were always so helpful and nice. Ever since Mayra took over, this property has gone downhill.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Public Storage. My personal belongings were damaged by rats, with rat droppings throughout my property and my furniture chewed up. This is unacceptable, especially when you trust a storage facility to keep your belongings safe. My furniture and personal items have been damaged, leaving me dealing with the stress and potential financial loss of replacing my belongings. Huge location, the older woman with glasses in the office is nice. She showed me multiple units and didn't pressure me to make a purchase. She even told me it would be cheaper if I did it online. I appreciate her for not being pushy.
I’ve been renting a unit since June 2025, and my experience has been frustrating due to repeated price increases and inconsistent pricing practices. My unit started at $132 per month. Within one month, it increased to $180. Now, as of May 2026, the rate has increased again to $223. That’s a $91 increase in less than a year on a month-to-month agreement. *WARNING* GRAPHIC IMAGES OF RAT URINE & POOP! UPDATE: 8/29/2025 What I originally said was ALL water damage in my original review was confirmed to actually be RAT URINE and poop on my furniture along with the leak that occurred. All the yellow stains on the wall, including what's on the floor in the pictures posted was confirmed as rat urine by a certified BIOHAZARD removal cleanup service who offered to come out and review my unit.
