Efrain at Public Storage is awesome! Super friendly and was ready to help. His work ethic is on point, and he really knows how to make customers feel welcome. Public Storage is lucky to have an asset! If you need anything, definitely ask for him!
kellie was sooooo helpful she got me into a 10x25 so quick and easy she answered all my questions and was so sweet and warm.
I have had my storage unit since 2018 and the staff at the center have been outstanding. The facility is clean and safe; I tried to get into my storage unit on a Saturday night at 10:00pm to get a backpack, crampons and an ice ax and it set off an alarm at the Helotes police station. The Cops were there in five (5) minutes. Thank you Tarryn for reducing my monthly bill by $89.00. If you pay your bill on time, they will reward you.
Kelly helped me when I needed help the most. Very professional and detailed.
