I have rented units several times at two different Public Storage locations over the past ten years. Their contract states they can increase the price when they choose. I started renting a 10x10 unit for $92 in December 2024, and I just received notice that the price will be $132 starting in May 2025. They have increased the price every single time I have rented within 3 to 4 months! I thought I would give it one last shot to see if it would happen again, and of course, it did! I had the unit for approximately 10 months. In the last 3 months they increased my rate from $274 to $505. We called the property manager and they were not able to help. A clear bait and switch. Renter beware. The only help they offered was that we could move to another unit same size same floor for $364. Shame on you Public Storage I thought you were a better company than this. Needless to say we are making arrangements to move and will be sure to warn everyone we come in contact with.
Public Storage made it so easy for me to open up a storage Unit at a reasonable price. I felt my items in my storage are very safe and taken care of with all the security-steps there is to get into my unit. Then when I was done with the storage unit, it was easy to close. I highly recommend public storage. It will use it again if the need ever comes about.
My wife and I met with Pam today to inquire about our rate and other alternatives. Pam was terrific and was able to find us a very satisfying solution. She was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and interests. Thanks Pam!!!!!
We recently needed to move up to a larger storage unit. The manager Pam was super helpful getting everything processed quickly and was available whenever I had questions. I’m very happy with the facility as well- it’s very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend!
