Pam is so sweet! She helped my husband and I get situated in our unit and then I had some concerns about rental prices going up too quickly and she let me know that the staff will always do their best to help with that even if I have to switch units.
I have had excellent service at the public storage in Highland Village. Pam has been a godsend. She has been very helpful in securing my storage rooms, moving and helping with my payments. Her help is why I will continue to use this particular location.
The staff is the best. Pam is so helpful and explained everything to me and made sure all was ready for my daughter to start moving stuff in before I arrived. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner if I had to leave a message.
The gate hours are not very convenient. We had to drive in from Oklahoma City after packing up our stuff and to avoid paying for an extra day on the trailer we had to get it all out that same day. Well we didn’t get into the area until 8pm which didn’t leave us a lot of time to unpack our trailer, input the access code 16 times just to get to our unit, load our unit, clean up and leave.
