Visited this location today and was BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism, courtesy and downright friendliness of Shannon. There was no doubt she was the boss! She took ownership of our account errors, sold us boxes and other packing supplies, walked us to the storage unit and made sure we had full and hassle free access all the way around. Overall my experience here was fine but trying to cancel my unit, Pam was on lunch and there’s was NO sign up on the door. If there’s an allotted time that workers will be gone for lunch everyday, there should be a sign out so people don’t have to wait around not knowing why the office isn’t open or get one of those flip open closed signs if the time differs. Pam made signing up so easy. I actually thought I’d completed my agreement but had not. She was kind enough to call and make sure everything was in order without any upselling or additional charges.
Bait and switch. They raise the rent every 3-ish months and will not negotiate even though new customers can rent a unit for significantly lower price. No customer loyalty.
Pam was the best! She worked with me on getting everything squared away for my first ever rental! She has patience and excellent customer service. Go see Pam!
