Visited this location today and was BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism, courtesy and downright friendliness of Shannon. There was no doubt she was the boss! She took ownership of our account errors, sold us boxes and other packing supplies, walked us to the storage unit and made sure we had full and hassle free access all the way around. Overall my experience here was fine but trying to cancel my unit, Pam was on lunch and there’s was NO sign up on the door. If there’s an allotted time that workers will be gone for lunch everyday, there should be a sign out so people don’t have to wait around not knowing why the office isn’t open or get one of those flip open closed signs if the time differs.
