Pam was the best! She worked with me on getting everything squared away for my first ever rental! She has patience and excellent customer service. Go see Pam!
Pam is so sweet! She helped my husband and I get situated in our unit and then I had some concerns about rental prices going up too quickly and she let me know that the staff will always do their best to help with that even if I have to switch units.
I have had excellent service at the public storage in Highland Village. Pam has been a godsend. She has been very helpful in securing my storage rooms, moving and helping with my payments. Her help is why I will continue to use this particular location.
The staff is the best. Pam is so helpful and explained everything to me and made sure all was ready for my daughter to start moving stuff in before I arrived. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner if I had to leave a message.
I dont like posting reviews especially low star ones but my unit got robbed and insurance got denied. I had some valubles that I will never recover and if I did I would have to pay resell price. I don't have space at home and I dont feel like my belongings are safe now that someone knows what I have in there. If you are on the third floor I would go check if you guys have anything missing.
