I had a great experience with Public Storage with the customer service I received with R.L. He was extremely helpful and professional when I thought I had lost my keys to my storage unit. He provided me with the necessary form and was ready to take care of everything for me so I could access my unit. Thankfully, I ended up finding my key, so there was no need to cut the lock after all. Even though I didn’t ultimately need the service, I really appreciated R.L.’s willingness to help, his patience, and his excellent customer ... read more
We’ve had our items at Public Storage for a while now and been overall very happy. We are excited for the gate to be repaired hopefully soon! Reggie was amazing and stopped to check on us and be sure everything is going well. Love it when an employee is on site and visible! This is the second time I’ve seen him and interacted with him and he’s always out talking to and helping people. Glad the rates are still reasonable and I hope They stay that way!
I had the best experience at public storage today and I now cannot remember his name (ugh) but please look him up because he was amazing. I had to rent an additional storage bcz my house didn’t fit in the 10x20. He made a very stressful experience very easy. And he also made sure my movers were on the up and up and didn’t charge me extra fees. Great man and great space.
I had an excellent experience with the manager, Reggie. I've had my storage unit for a few years, and after receiving such outstanding customer service from him, I got home and found a discount offer in my email. In all the years I've rented my unit, I had never spoken with anyone or been offered a discount before. Reggie's customer service is truly top-notch. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. It's rare to receive this level of service these days, and I really appreciate everything he d... read more
I had one of the BEST experiences while visiting Village Pk wy. The young man, R was such a delight. He was patient, kind and just a breath of fresh air. His level of professionalism is unparalleled. Anyone that can impress my husband is a true gem. It was our first time meeting him, but I think we called him Ralph Lauren because of his initials. Two thumbs up to Public Storage for eyeing such great talent!!!👍👍 -Bubba & Earlene.
