The staff is the best. Pam is so helpful and explained everything to me and made sure all was ready for my daughter to start moving stuff in before I arrived. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner if I had to leave a message.
I have rented units several times at two different Public Storage locations over the past ten years. Their contract states they can increase the price when they choose. I started renting a 10x10 unit for $92 in December 2024, and I just received notice that the price will be $132 starting in May 2025. They have increased the price every single time I have rented within 3 to 4 months! I thought I would give it one last shot to see if it would happen again, and of course, it did! Public Storage made it so easy for me to open up a storage Unit at a reasonable price. I felt my items in my storage are very safe and taken care of with all the security-steps there is to get into my unit. Then when I was done with the storage unit, it was easy to close. I highly recommend public storage. It will use it again if the need ever comes about.
They will get you into a space but depending on since the $1 move Is just a scam to charge more since it'll come with a processing fee which might be half or close to the normal price of the unit. Insurance scam is also included...you must have it?! It's an extra $15 bucks. You can't take off after the first month but they lie to you that you can. Go somewhere local and cheaper. I'm getting my stuff out today. These guys are scammers in my opinion, extra fees & move in special is crap. Per the individual I talked to today.
My wife and I met with Pam today to inquire about our rate and other alternatives. Pam was terrific and was able to find us a very satisfying solution. She was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and interests. Thanks Pam!!!!!
