Big thanks to Steve and Octavia for responding to my situation in a quick and timely manner. I showed up to my unit and my lock had been broken. Steve and Octavia expressed deep concern for me, and was able to get my unit open. Fortunately, nothing had been taken. They assisted me with getting a more secure lock and key for my unit immediately. Great customer service. I will ask for them.
Ms. Shay was very helpful and friendly. She was working solo and had other guests come and she manage the lobby with just grace. Thank you for the great customer service.
Prices online aren't honored even when you hold/reserve a unit online. I tried multiple times to pay for my unit online. I was told to wait 20 minutes and it should go through on the website and it did not work. Then they raised the price on my reservation for a different unit that's not near the elevator like I initially reserved. I was told there's no guarantee that a unit reserved will be available. What's the point of holding a unit online if it it's not actually being held for you and the price online not being honored.... read more
Shay has been a big help her customer service was amazing. She was very helpful and made everything a breeze. Y’all should definitely give her a raise.
