I rented a space online a couple of days ago.. I made an error in the process but it appeared to go through.. Mary called me a hour later and fixed everything over the phone.. Excellent service.. Then when I arrived at the facility the two employees in the office dialed me all in and headed me in the right direction.. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience thanks to Katrina, who works at the storage facility. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process, even when we had unexpected delays. Her warm attitude and helpful guidance made a stressful moving day so much easier. We’re really grateful for her support and would highly recommend this place because of her exceptional service!
After searching the internet for the storage units that best fit my needs, I reserved units at the Public Storage Hutto. They had exactly what I needed and at a great sale price. I was promptly contacted by Jen who patiently walked me through the rental paperwork. Jen was courteous and professional, answered my questions, and made the whole process super quick and easy! Overall, this was an exceptional experience!
I was using the website to rent a unit, however I prefer going in office. I rushed to the office, since it was closing in 25 minutes. I was helped by Jen, who was amazing and answered all my questions! Super nice and personable. We finished my rental process, went to look at the unit which was even better than what I expected! All before they closed! I’d say a very fast and easy process! Highly recommend.
Super easy to set up online! Reserved my unit and was all set in no time. Literally took less than 10 min. Also I had some questions so I called and Jen was amazing! 10/10!
