I’m leaving public storage because of the rate hike another location but that’s not the site employees problem. Today when I made the mistake of calling the wrong location, Gina was so helpful. Very good customer service. Maybe I’ll be back to public storage by going to the Mason Rd location. Gina was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge.
I was very pleased with the attention to detail from the Public Storage customer service desk and how closely they worked with the local management. The manager, Gina, was expecting me when I showed up and got me situated with everything needed for a successful move. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. It's a good safe place to store whatever you have. Gina the office manager is great. She's super nice and will literally go out of her way to help you and make sure your belongings are safe and secure. I highly recommend this location
Carolyn is an absolute godsent angel! So sweet, patient, knowledgeable AND helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything is as it should be and that you are happy with what you are receiving. PLEASE give this woman a raise and recognize her for all she does for this company! If it wasn’t for her I would have given the company 2-3 stars.
