It's a good safe place to store whatever you have. Gina the office manager is great. She's super nice and will literally go out of her way to help you and make sure your belongings are safe and secure. I highly recommend this location
I was very pleased with the attention to detail from the Public Storage customer service desk and how closely they worked with the local management. The manager, Gina, was expecting me when I showed up and got me situated with everything needed for a successful move. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. Carolyn is an absolute godsent angel! So sweet, patient, knowledgeable AND helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything is as it should be and that you are happy with what you are receiving. PLEASE give this woman a raise and recognize her for all she does for this company! If it wasn’t for her I would have given the company 2-3 stars.
Carolyn was super helpful getting me moved in. Made the process seamless and pleasant. The South Mason (Houston) location is easy to get in and out of. Good connectivity with the Public Storage app, and overall good experience with the company and personnel. Thank you for putting service back into customer service.
Just want to stop in and leave a comment about Ms.Gina the property manager! There hasn’t been one time I’ve communicated with her and didn’t feel understood. She goes above and beyond, even makes sure that her co-workers follow up with messages if she isn’t in. I am very pleased with business the last almost 2 years of having a unit.
