Woody at Public Storage is absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You don’t come across many people who genuinely care about helping customers the way he does. Public Storage is lucky to have him — that guy deserves a raise. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
Woody is the most professional gentleman I’ve ever dealt with. I would encourage anyone who does rent from this facility to go by and meet him, you’re not just a number to him, you’re actually someone and he truly is and has been wonderful to deal with for the several years I’ve been there!!!!
