This place started off good but over the past few months I felt like I've been forgotten. No calls back after I've called several times regarding information to being there. They say we call you back in 24 hours? Yeah right it's been 2-3 days already and no call. I called this morning and no one can answer im not leaving another message for it to be ignored like the last. It's amazing how people say why don't you like doctors offices. Well this is one prime example just to make you feel like a number.
Good luck trying to get ahold of the sleep department. I’ve been trying to reach someone for 2 months, every time I get transferred and sent to voicemail. The receptionist, Daniel Wilson, with the sleep department, doesn’t seem to know how to answer her phone or return a voicemail. Now I have to look into starting my whole process over somewhere else because of her inability to do her job, it’s quite frankly very unprofessional and frustrating
Cannot get through to them regardless of time of day or option I choose in the prompt. Hard to rate anything higher than a 1 if no one can get back to me within 96 hours. I’ve left a voicemail every day for 4 days with my name, birthdate, phone number, and reason for the call.
Have been once and maybe it was an off day for the Doctor I spoke to, it felt as if he was bothered that I was there for my appointment and things felt rushed in my opinion.
