Can't ever get a hold of anyone. I've called several times and I get voicemails so I leave one and no one ever calls you back. I've tried to reschedule appointments and I never get through. I go to the portal/app/helow like they told me and send a message to get through easier but that doesn't work either still no response. I'm afraid I'm going to get charged for not showing up to the appointment when I cant get anyone to change my appointment. They sent me to do test and I dont get scheduled for that till after my follow up... read more
Good luck trying to get ahold of the sleep department. I’ve been trying to reach someone for 2 months, every time I get transferred and sent to voicemail. The receptionist, Daniel Wilson, with the sleep department, doesn’t seem to know how to answer her phone or return a voicemail. Now I have to look into starting my whole process over somewhere else because of her inability to do her job, it’s quite frankly very unprofessional and frustrating
Cannot get through to them regardless of time of day or option I choose in the prompt. Hard to rate anything higher than a 1 if no one can get back to me within 96 hours. I’ve left a voicemail every day for 4 days with my name, birthdate, phone number, and reason for the call.
Have been once and maybe it was an off day for the Doctor I spoke to, it felt as if he was bothered that I was there for my appointment and things felt rushed in my opinion.
