This place is honestly terrible. I left my refillable card on the machine for just a couple of minutes and it was stolen. What’s worse is the complete lack of concern from the staff. The woman at the desk didn’t offer any help, didn’t suggest replacing the card, and didn’t even bother to check the cameras. 1/15/2025: Visited on a Thursday around 12n. Had the equivalent of about 4 loads of laundry. This place has large and small capacity washers that wash within 30 minutes! Dryers are also large capacity and time will depend on heat setting. I used medium and it was about 10 minutes. It is a bit pricey but the machines are great. You do have to use a card system, the machine doesn't take coins/cash. Wasn't too busy during my visit, wifi worked, there was an attendant available, facility was clean.
This place has gone down hill... looking for a new clean place to wash our clothes. The floors are filthy where you wash clothes including the bathrooms, the toilet paper is empty, the garbage cans are full... lazy workers sitting in the back on their phones not working. You've just lost customers.
I love using PUR Laundry. Recently, I found they changed management at the Sprague location. I would regularly use the one on Division because I felt comfortable and confident in staff there. Now I can be assured the same level of service at both locations. They have large load washers and dryers that I can put all my bedding in for out household of 5. Cost is very reasonable. Staff is super polite and helpful. Washer and dryer run from a card system you preload. Very impressed with how fast the dryers work. Put about 10 loads of laundry in one of the big dryer. Checked it at 15mins and everything was already dry even the bedding and blankets. All In all it cost me $45 to do about 20 loads of laundry as I use one big washer and the 2nd to smallest washer and then 2 dryers which they are all. 69 cents per 4 mins
