Very clean, very nice washers. Wish the website would list the prices of all the washers and the dryers so i could budget it better. Also: an explanation on how to add more time to the dryers would have been super helpful my first time there - it starts with 4 minutes, then you have to press start, and then hold the card there to add 4 minutes. So you gotta tap the card like 7 more times to get everything dry, or like 10 taps for bulky items
I have had an injury, leaving me with no use of one arm for a while and preventing me from doing/folding laundry. PUR was the second place I tried for wash and fold service, the service here is beyond compare! Maria handled our clothes with great care, got them done early, folded to perfection, and went above and beyond to do an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend!
Excellent, clean, well maintained facility. Adequate charging ports while I wait and do my laundry. Quicker and more affordable than the on site laundry facilities at my apartment complex.
I love coming to pur for laundry. Ive utilized both locations and they are always so clean. The girl with the red hair at the division one is so friendly and upbeat. As someone who works customer service she knocks it out of the park. We only utilized it for a few months but that was my escape from reality for a couple hours.
I'm very pleased and satisfied with their service. Dropped them off one afternoon to Dora who was very pleasant and friendly. No more than a few hours later and I already got the automated text that they were ready. I wasn't able to pick them up until the next morning, though, and picking them up was also a very pleasing experience. This will most likely be my go-to place from now on.
