I’ve been coming to this lovely laundromat for years now. It’s always so clean and tidy. The staff are all incredibly helpful and kind. Ollie goes out of his way to make all his guests feel welcome and set a friendly vibe. It’s easy to use their machines and they even have a live feed if you need to do other chores. Very thankful to have this spot in the neighborhood!
Very clean and nice environment. Our laundry pro was Ali, he was super polite and helpful. His knowledge of the space and the equipment made our first visit here very efficient. Would absolutely come back to this location.
I have never in my life enjoyed doing my laundry as much as I did here at PUR. This laundromat is unparalleled in its state-of-the-art equipment, unbelievable efficiency, and remarkably friendly and helpful staff. This is not your typical laundromat. This is high-tech artistry. This is next-level. Laundry is no longer a chore, it is an experience. 10/10.
If you are anywhere close to this laundromat and you need your clothes clean, please come here! The staff are incredibly helpful, and because it was my first time the attendant helped me out without me even asking. The washers and dryers are huge, and there are different machines sizes for your various laundry needs. There are even tables for folding your clothes. This is a company wide critique. They charge you for a proprietary payment card. You must provide a phone number to receive. They price the machines so you can't complete your laundry in a way that will bring the card balance to zero without needing to refill it. There are no refunds on an unused balance. So you must maintain a balance and be locked in to this laundromat, or lose any balance you don't use if your stop being a customer.
