I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually enjoyed my dentist appointment. The attention to detail at Pure Dental Spa is next level! The staff is so warm and welcoming, and the comfort menu is a game-changer, I had a cooling eye mask and some mint-flavored lip balm (no more dry lips during my cleaning —thank you!!). They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease. If you're nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go!
I saw Danielle and Dr Kim for my first visit. Danielle was super gentle and efficient with my cleaning and Dr Kim did my check up. I’ve never had a dentist explain their recommendations so clearly and kindly! She was able to do some preventative treatments for me immediately too. Thank you so much for a great visit!!
Pure Dental Spa is the best! The entire staff is amazing and you can tell they care deeply about their patients. My appointments are always on time and finished in a timely manner. Every time I leave PDS, my teeth feeling squeaky clean and well taken care of. The staff truly feels like family and they treat you as such. If you’re in Chicago, I couldn’t reccomend Pure Dental Spa in West Loop enough for all of your dental needs.
I’ve been going here for over a year now and always enjoy my visits. The staff is quick and caring. Love the “spa” options that I get to choose from before starting any visit. Danielle and Dr. Kim are phenomenal!! They are both personable and caring. A big part of why I enjoy visiting the dentist. I’m so thankful for a great team that has taken such great care of my dental needs
I have my regular dental hygiene appointments at Pure Dental Spa West Loop and every visit is speedy, prompt and convenient. Today I had to come in for some emergency work and I received the same high quality of service. Vanessa, Darnel, and Dr. Kim explained every procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable at each step.
