I have been receiving my infusions at Pure Infusion of Stockton for a few months now. The facility is so clean and nice! Merrissa is so kind and very helpful getting in touch with my insurance, doctors, etc and Loni is the best nurse, so professional and always makes sure I’m comfortable and lovely to chat with. They both make a not so fun monthly apt much more tolerable and I would go so far as to say enjoyable.
Very professional faculty! Great staff who are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Marissa, Patient Access Coordinator, who faithfully pursued a current Doctor’s order from a very busy office. Thanks also to Loni, Infusion Nurse, who was very thorough and administered the injection with no discomfort and no resulting bruising! All much appreciated!
Greeted when I arrived, made comfortable, offered a soda. Nurse was timely and friendly in a professional manner. Given information re: next appointment.
Everyone at pure infusion was so nice so polite. I would recommend pure infusion because my experience was great. I was there for three hours and it went by so fast ,because they came in and checked on me every 15 minutes to make sure that I was OK .was a very comfortable place to be at very nice very clean And a great experience .
