** UPDATE** Within half an hour of posting this review, I got a call saying I have a cheque from them with all the money I've paid. Hopefully, there will be no issues after this. So initially, I planned on moving to Leduc last spring, 2024. I've been wanting to get braces, so a family member told me to try here. I regret it so bad. I called and called for months trying to cancel my payments to them because things happened, and I was no longer able to move to Leduc. WORST place to try to get ahold of anyone. Definitely would recommend!! Everyone was very welcoming and Rebecca and Josie were super sweet and kind. They answered all the questions that I had and gave their opinion on what treatment I needed. Overall I had a great experience with Pure Orthodontics. Will be going back!
I have been reaching out to these guys for the past month. They respond to tell me I need to do something, which was never mentioned before and now they just fall off the richter. No response, not even we aren't taking new patients, or what have you. Over 3 weeks since a response. Unreal!
My 1st time at Pure Orthodontics was the Summer of 2023. Since visiting, I've had and is still having my best braces experience. I've recommended a few of my friends. I'm even planning on getting my son braces done there too. Since the installation of my braces, I had to make a few changes to my appointments for varying reason from time to time and they're always willing to accommodate my request.
