Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and were so good with my daughter. 100% recommend.
The service at the office is good but the billing is a struggle because finance is at corporate. We have been trying to get money owed to us for 3 months with no result and no help to get the issue resolved. Wish we would have went to the other orthodontist. Do not recommend.

We recently had our first consultation at Pure Orthodontics, and it was phenomenal. My son had a lot of fears about the possible treatments, and honestly as a parent I was also quite nervous! We had all of our questions answered in a friendly, positive way. They were patient with my billion questions, and gave enough detail that I feel absolutely at ease about our treatment plan.
