This is the worst location ever, I will never recommend this place to anyone and if I could get my money back I would rather do that then continue my treatment with them.. This location is 99.9% of the time closed but yet on the door it say open Monday to Friday 8-3pm, been closed all the time make it very difficult to make an appointment or just to go there to pickup things for your treatment.. I had a great experience when I did my Invisalign with Pure Orthotics. I’ve sent many referrals there and now my two kids are starting with their braces. Pure is loyal to their customers, responsive anytime we have questions and always helpful to your family’s needs.
Communication with office was terrible. Could rant away but all I would say is… get a second opinion. So happy we did… treatment plan was completely different, fully explained and was half the price as Pure.
This company is a complete joke. I don't understand how they are still in business and actually have good reviews. They don't take phone calls and only respond to texts. Do not invest your time and money into them!
Didn’t feel welcomed.. strange that the Orthodontist did not even show up for the consultation…
