The Pure Plumbing team were tasked with fixing the drainage in the corner of our garden that always flooded in heavy rain and fix a separating household waste pipe caused by drainage issue subsiding the surrounding concrete path. The scope was to install underground drainage in a herringbone setup, add two new drains, remove the subsiding concrete path and landscape the area with river gravel. What an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable of our situation. Explained what the job would entail and how it would be approached. The communication was exceptional…we knew who would be turning up and when as well as what they were doing that day. We had 5 workers over 3 days and every one of them were polite and very professional. The job they completed has resolved our issue and they left our property in great shape. James did the initial scope and quote and was very thorough in his assessment and budget conscious with his suggestions. Alex did such a great job with installation. He arrived punctually and got to work straight away. He was very meticulous, considerate of our household and his workmanship was excellent. We had Pure Pumbling install LPG gas in our house. The specialist who came and did the install was just awesome. He did a thoroughly professional work. No one could have done it any better. He was excellent to speak to. The entire experience was just the best. Thanks a lot to Pure Pumbling and their team for giving us an awesome cooktop.
