I bought a house in WV beginning of this year, noticed the water was very calcified and hard compared to what I am used to. Raven came to our door and offered to do a consult for water purification/filters for our home. Her and her husband were very easy to work with, very polite people, respectful of our home. We purchased a water conditioning system from Steve and Raven and we are very happy with it. There is a clear difference in the test strips, before and after going through the cycle- showing all the junk this system keeps away from our bodies. Steve even took the time to come over to our house 1.5 years after purchase to show me a few things and answer a couple questions I had. We really appreciated that. Thanks guys
We purchased a whole house water conditioning system (softener and purification/filter) from Steve and are very pleased six months later. Steve's customer service is terrific, in fact I called to ask about salt when we were running low and he very kindly purchased six bags on our behalf (enough for a long time), carried them down to the basement location, filled the softener unit and checked things out for us making sure we were satisfied with how our system was performing.
