Great customer service! We purchased a king bed with storage. We had a glitch with the delivery and assembly, but it was all handled by both QLiving and the delivery folks with professionalism. We purchased a sectional couch which had been a floor model. Was shipped to Victoria and is in pristine condition. It is perfect for our home. Then we purchased 2 accent chairs which we will get in about 4 weeks. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend purchasing through them as they have such a variety to choose from, and are very knowledgeable, asking the right questions and ensuring we are happy! Thank you Q Living for making our living room beautiful!
A pleasant experience. Sales reps let us browse at our own pace and were available to answer questions when needed. BC made furniture. I ordered a sofa, it was custom made on the lower mainland and delivered in about 6 weeks. No complaints!
We ordered a couch yesterday. We've been all over the place... The Bay, urban barn, scan designs, merchant and Muse, Leon's, Ashley furniture.... The last place we went was Q Living furniture. They were just so much better than anyone we talked to anywhere else. Good quality locally made furniture that you can customize up the ying yang and it's not insanely expensive. They don't work on commission so aren't as salesy. Will complete my review when we get the couch, but so... far 5 stars!!!
Purchased a storage king bed frame and sectional to furnish our new property and Q living Furniture did not disappoint. The knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to support me answering my 8 million questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Even a little aftercare was prompt and hassle free. Special shout-out to Megan Wright in the Victoria Location for being so amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to refer our clients here or shop personally again.
