We had a two-tone, picture-framed deck built, and the entire process went very smoothly. Joe went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the project. We had a great experience with Bruce at Quad City Contracting. From start to finish there was great communication, he listened to our wants and needs and delivered excellent results.
Joe and Trent did a great job!! I first started working with Joe and he was very prompt on returning communication and followed through with everything he said he would. He was also very helpful in helping me navigating our insurance claim. Trent was here when it was time to put on the new shingles. He was very prompt and very timely with communication. The crew was very respectful and they cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend Joe and Trent.
Quad City was great to work with! Super responsive and informative. Joe was a great resource, providing info, working with insurance, and following up throughout the process. He made sure everything was done to a high standard and was accommodating to my requests and some hiccups along the way. Would definitely work with them again!
Thank you once again Joe Thompson and crew for the prompt and professional service replacing some siding on my home that I recently damaged by accident. I called Joe last week and they already were out today to do the work. Like new again. I have worked with Joe on some larger hail damage projects in the past and from start to finish his communication and follow through is awesome. Highly recommend.
