RecommendedWe love Dr. Baer! She has done a couple of surgeries on my dog and I have alway felt like he was in good hands. She has done a great job helping me understand what to expect post surgery, keeping me in the loop and exercising tact and transparency around financial implications. She has also taken her time when discussing solutions for his anxiety and other concerns. She seems to truly care about the animals and the humans she works with.
We walked in on New Year’s Day with a terrible situation and the staff could not have been more accommodating or compassionate. They were amazing and really went out of their way to make things the best they could be. The whole encounter was a blur and I don’t recall anyone’s name but will never forget the warm feeling and heart felt condolences. Thank you!
Today, I came home to the sweetest card from the staff at QCAH. Everyone had signed the card expressing their condolences for the loss of my sweet Bella. Bella had never been a patient at Quail Corner’s. I was blessed to have the best bulldog ever made. She never had any medical issues, even when she ate a whole bar of Ivory soap. I never had to take her to the vet...for a 10 & ½ year old bulldog, that is miraculous. My dog recently had hip surgery. For the first 4 days he did not bother the incision and he was terrified of the e collar. Well in a matter of minutes when I was not watching he pulled out all of his staples. A portion of the incision reopened. The techs accepted me, saw me right away (there were no other emergencies at the time) and got him stapled back up. Dr Samson (sp) came in and explained everything to me. I took our dog for an examination after hours and was able to get right in. They are open 24/7. The staff is very professional and friendly. My dog was thoroughly examined, I was explained the various treatment options and their cost, and then the treatment was performed. Jesse was feeling much better 12 hours later and is back to normal 48 hours later. I highly recommend Quail Corners Animal Hospital. Their staff is amazing and they truly care about our pets.

The Doctors & entire staff are compassionate, professional & knowledgeable. Well visits, sick visits, snake bites & fishing hook removal, so grateful!
We needed emergency care and we were traveling from Delaware. All the staff were very helpful and compassionate about our situation. Dr Baer suggested the right balance of meds to keep our Frenchie calm to relocate 7 hours away.
