First time here & I love it I have the best 2 neighbors ever! And my landlord is very nice & so is the Maintenance man the only thing i don’t like is the cats I can’t be around cats & they always at my door lol maybe because I just had a baby but overall I love my new place very peaceful & the parents here with kids loves my twin boys they all play together when it feels good outside.

Ever since we haven't had a steady and regular landlord, it's been so stressful trying to get maintenance orders in, or having the correct documents attached to your file. It's just a mess. Rude property managers, too. 3 inspections/'pest control' rounds done in one month. Would not recommend if you want a peaceful environment.
After a year of being told my mother would have a place to live, they said all of her papers were too old and they needed updated ones, although they were the ones who didn’t get it done on time since she was first on the list for months. They told us there were three 1-2 bedroom apartments ahead of hers that needed to be redone and it took them five months to complete them. Terrible management, bats can enter your apartment because maintenance doesn’t do their job. They never fix anything just band-aid it up and hope it works. Overall just a bad place to live.
