After a year of being told my mother would have a place to live, they said all of her papers were too old and they needed updated ones, although they were the ones who didn’t get it done on time since she was first on the list for months. Ever since we haven't had a steady and regular landlord, it's been so stressful trying to get maintenance orders in, or having the correct documents attached to your file. It's just a mess. Rude property managers, too. 3 inspections/'pest control' rounds done in one month. Would not recommend if you want a peaceful environment.

Terrible management, bats can enter your apartment because maintenance doesn’t do their job. They never fix anything just band-aid it up and hope it works. Overall just a bad place to live.

Very bad management, mold, pest infestations, not a safe place for children.
