I've lived here for years. Fair price and mostly quiet and safe. Didn't hunt much when I moved here from another state. BUT, I did not give this place a 5 star because only older vacant apartments are getting full renovations for new tenants. I've lived here for YEARS and will be paying the new (much higher) price but my kitchen is a 70s throwback. Legit. These cabinets are literally peeling apart but I gorilla glue the edges... and I have to sweep every time I cook or wash dishes because the underside of counters are rotte... read more
When I first moved in there I was 15 yrs old when I left I was 45yr old never had a problem there , watched a lot of people come ans go. I moved back to area and was going to apply for another apartment there but was told " I didn't make enough money" yet My income hasn't changed since I lived there before other them cost of living raises it increased. But I don't make enough money. I wasn't even allowed to fill out the application.
it’s a great place to live. people are nice and managers are outstanding. but rent has been raised almost $200 in the last year after being bought out and no upgrades or remodeling besides painting the bricks outside has been made.
Much better than before. We have been here for 5 years and some nice changes by management. They are a very friendly management and maintenance staff. They have cleaned up a lot of the riffraff that used to frequent the property. Yes it's a older complex but they keep the place clean and maintained. No more druggies or alcoholics, no loud and unruly neighbors, have some minor issues very infrequently. The only issue is keeping the laundry room clean and operating. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER 3 YEARS. WHEN THE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER MY RENT WAS INCREASED BY 195.00 A MONTH. I UNDERSTAND THE RENT INCREASE HOWEVER I THINK 36% IS A BIT MUCH.
