This morning, I dropped off my wife’s car for tire replacement. Shortly after, I received a phone call informing me that during the installation, the technician noticed that the front brakes were almost metal-on-metal. (I had noticed a slight shudder during braking, but I didn’t give it much thought.) Fortunately, Quality was proactive in addressing the issue. They promptly replaced the tires, front brakes, and rotors, and the entire process was completed by lunchtime!
They installed some parts on my hood. They did an awesome job. They kept me informed as I waited. Very easy to talk to. Thanks for a good experience.
