Thank you to the service center! My daughter is a student athlete at Coker University and they are servicing her vehicle like she is one of their own, like one of the family. That means a ton to a father that's at a distance. Thank you so much for taking care of her vehicle and treating her like family. Highly recommend!

This morning, I dropped off my wife’s car for tire replacement. Shortly after, I received a phone call informing me that during the installation, the technician noticed that the front brakes were almost metal-on-metal. (I had noticed a slight shudder during braking, but I didn’t give it much thought.) Fortunately, Quality was proactive in addressing the issue. They promptly replaced the tires, front brakes, and rotors, and the entire process was completed by lunchtime!

My truck had locking lug nuts on just the front wheels and no key for them. I talked to Murphy in sales and he set me up with the service department and when I bought my truck in they had me in and out in less than 10 min. Really no waiting at all and very friendly staff. Thank you so much.
