Called to get a quote they said an account manager would have to call me then the secretary called me back and made up some excuse for the account managers not to call me to give me a proper quote. They wanted $188 for 3/4 of an acre. I asked what the acre price was and they said an account manager would have to tell me, but yet the account manager was too lazy to call us done doing business with this company

QC is always quickly and knowledgeably responsive to questions of issues, products, billings and anything on the mind of customers. I’ve enjoyed their service for upwards of 20 years.

Your team applied pesticide/herbicide across our entire HOA-controlled neighborhood so that none of our dogs can safely go out for 48-72 hours. Further, you failed to place warning signs on a large area where application occurred, so others will not know poison has recently been applied. The pellets are all over the street and sidewalks as well.

Our technician has been excellent, responding to requests and careful in his work; however, this year's grub application failed for our yard (not the technician's fault), and we got an explanation from the company that their grub chemicals were at fault. OK, but no effort was made to reapply the chemical or overseed the areas that have been destroyed, or to refund some of the cost for the failed service.

One of their employees did a hit and run on my car with a riding mower. Luckily I had cameras because no one who worked there was any help. They fought it tooth and nail and their insurer tried to intimidate me, but I won in the end. Never use them or their dishonest service.
