We had our floor installed almost a year ago. Last week I had a drain issue in my kitchen. The drain leaked and we had water run all over the place. Unfortunately the installer did not seal the edge like is supposed to be done to keep water from getting under the flooring. Now my sub floor and my flooring is ruined. They won't admit that they made the mistake so I will have to take them to court. I do not suggest doing business with a place like this. I would give zero stars if possible!
Great customer service. Honest, friendly, helpful. They mean what they say. Their contractors do excellent work as well. I would absolutely recommend Heath and Rihanna to do your flooring! Thank you!
The crew is wonderful and Ron did an amazing job laying our LVT and carpet. So proud of our new floors!!
Stop by to see their selection. After 10:00 a.m. in the morning and still not open. Looked more like a home than a business. No sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. Guess we will not be using these people for our flooring needs.
Quality has done the floors in the last 3 homes I’ve owned and the experience has always been top shelf and this last time was no different. Cherie is very knowledgeable and helpful. The two installers were very professional, fast and did a great job. But, in addition they actually enjoyed their work!! Thank you quality. I have two more rooms to do and I’ll be calling you.
