i was very surprised by the presentation, and just how much better the filtered water was ,than my "filtered" water. Crystal was funny, friendly, and very thorough in her explanation, and presentation. Afterwards, the guys who came out to do the installation we`re very courteous, and worked very hard for hours, and hours to get everything set up properly.
