only thing I was not satisfied with is that we are new home buyers and we did not know anything about draining our water heater or even starting it back up. The tech needed to help us with it which he did not. I felt that he should have at least shown us how to start it back up or even had done that work part for us. that is my only complaint.
I was very surprised when Mark did the water test to see the settlements in my water. When he washed my glass with the filtered water and when rinsed it I was amazed no spots. I know drink my well water with out my Brita Filter.I am very happy with my purchase.
After years of buying bottle water, I finally found a good filtration /water softener & osmosis system to really provide a clear crisp refreshing water every time.
