We called Quality for my mother’s older model G E side by side refrigerator. The technician was there AS SCHEDULED and was KNOWLEDGEABLE super PROFESSIONAL and knew exactly what needed to be done, The part was ordered and the next day it was installed without issue. I felt as I could trust the tech and had a great experience. Would be happy to recommend and use them .

They were very punctual to charge me for the diagnosis visit. I have been BEGGING them to proceed with a fix and I have not received the call in 3 days. I am moving on with a different contractor. I am losing the 69 dollars they charged me and that they were supposed to deduct from the service later on.. but I cannot be begging anyone to perform a job. I can not see how this company has 5 stars.. minus 5 is what they deserve

Do not use this company. I had a repairman come out to my house to repair my trash compactor. After charging $68.00 and claiming he needed to order a part which would take a couple of days, the company has ghosted me. I have called several times. I only get a voice mail. No one has responded to me in over 2 days. I have little faith in any company that doesn’t return a phone call, and little faith in one that does not have a live operator/employee to communicate with. Do not use this company.
