Called to inquire about a new king size mattress and spoke to the owner Tom, he was straight forward gave me fast info on top of the line and lowest priced mattress’ with honesty and no push for sales. He had mattresses on site and available same day. Then as a plus he offered free SAME day delivery for free with our purchase as well as removal of our old mattress. The two delivery men were timely, calling us on their way and when they arrived. They asked if they needed to remove their shoes which they obliged with courtesy.... read more
Excellent service and a quality product. Friendly. Prompt delivery - carried the mattress all the way up to the third floor of our townhome. Patient with my son who was very excited to get his new bed! I would highly recommend.
As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and was immediately asked if I needed to be helped. He asked what I was looking for in a new bed and if I had a price range in mind. He was not pushy or trying to up sell me on anything, which I appreciated. I was asked questions so he could help find me the right fit in my price range and when I wanted to leave to compare prices he didn't become a slimy used car salesman. Great place for a mattress! Bailey at the store and David and Colin on delivery were professional from start to finish. Gave a fair price on a mattress my wife and I have been looking forward to for weeks. The delivery guys were clean and thoughtful. And the outlet never pushed the boundaries on my budget. While shopping for weeks in many local stores for a king-sized mattress, we stopped into Quality Sleep in Monroe where we tried out a clearance Beautyrest BRX-3000-IM in the showroom. The owner, Tom Starkey, was able to help us come up with a very fair price for this mattress plus a set of box springs. We had a wonderful, low-pressure buying experience.
