I was very ill when I arrived and everyone was very comforting. I’ve recently moved to the area and have not established a pcp yet. They took good care of me.. There was a Medical assistant I believe her name is Michelle who was so sweet and caring. She knew I felt terrible and fixed the bed and gave me a pillow to lay down. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 20 years I was trained to make sure you have great bedside manners with your patients and this staff nailed it.
We love love love Darlene. This is the third time she has treated our family and it’s always with care and such a great personality and sense of humor. The entire staff at the Beverly Hills location is wonderful.

The doctor and nurse were excellent. My down side to the visit is you have to fill out paperwork and sign in outside. You have to wait outside for them to text you that they are ready for you. They have a big waiting room. It is common sense that if you are coughing and sneezing everywhere wear a mask or wait outside, otherwise they could limit amount of people in the waiting to at least six people.
Everyone was very professional. The care was great and everyone was very friendly. The nurse practitioner was awesome. I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name.
Excellent care
Drew was fantastic. Phone triage on a busy day saved a ton of waiting time and Dr Michelle was fabulous too. She listened and explained. My script was sent to the pharmacy and already filled by the time I got there!
The staff were caring and professional from front desk to PA Elaine.
