Experience was okay but nurse was a bit of a smartass and kind of rude. Not sure of her name but I will be going to another location from now on.
Got to Quick Care shortly after opening. Left 5 hours later. Triage screening repeated many of the online questions and responses n many cases not relevant to the purpose of my visit. When I did get into the office it was over an hour to see the PA. I was there related to COVID, it took an hour and a bit to finally administer a COVID test. When I was finally able to leave the office, I received a call to come back because the office diidnot bill me.
Even though you couldn’t help me I at least got an explanation of what might be wrong and was referred to the ER
I got there at 9:20. Was told on the phone I had to come in as no appt on phone. While checking in receptionist made a 12:00 appt for some one while I was told I would be seen at 12:30. The PA I saw was wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about her. I think it should be called something other then quick care as it took 3 hours from when I arrived until I was seen. I was thinking about that lucky person who was able to just call and come in with an appt. Before me and I waited
Unprofessional provider. Gave 875 mg BID of amoxicillin which I’ve never taken more than 500mg BID. My mom works with Doctors at her job and they said the same thing 875mg is a bit much!
Wait time to get seen from time I arrived to my appointment time was 3.5 hours. I then had to wait another hour to be seen. This is not acceptable. The provider, Alan, who is a Nurse Practitioner was pretty nice and somewhat thorough but couldn’t do anything for me. In other words, I wasted a lot of time and money.
Had an appointment and waited an hour and a half to be seen
It should be disclosed that you will no see a doctor before you go to a room. No history was taken no tests were done I could have got the same results for free or used telemedicine I think I should have been tested for strep or other things but just looked in ears and mouth and said if it’s still there in 2 weeks we need to do a biopsy. Brilliant I will not be recommending this place and I will be making sure my insurance knows the lack of care I received
I was miss diagnosed. My leg got more infected and couldn’t wait until the end of the week for the culture to come back. It would of been over a week and you still didn’t know what was wrong with my leg ! Meanwhile. my leg was getting more and more infected. So I had know choice but to go to the Emergency room. I wasted all that money @ your clinic for nothing !!! I had to go to the hospital because my leg got bad! I didn’t want anything bad to happen to my leg like loose it maybe…I had to go on a IV drip and was prescri... read more
