Mary (staff member up front) did not appear friendly. I don’t think she even smiled once while I was in there speaking with her. She did not appear to have good people skills. The wait time was 45 minutes which is what I was advised the wait time would be. I did not like how she held on to my drivers license from when I initially checked in until I paid. When I initially walked in the front waiting area smelled of marijuana which may have been from a previous client. There were two sanitizer dispensers and both were empty.

My son who is covered by my insurance went to the Beverly Hills, Florida clinic with covid symptoms to be tested and was given an appointment time of 5:45 pm. He returned at that time to be tested and was told it would be $150 when our copay is $45 for urgent care. He then called me and I told him it should only be a $45 copay and the lady at the reception desk told him he couldn’t be seen unless he paid $150 and so he left and told my husband who went into the office and questioned the amount and was told that would be the ... read more

Went in for covid test- had symptoms - was prompted to log in using an iPad the person before me used without anyone wiping it down- wait was about 30 min w only 1 person infront of me. The nurse that came in said "oh no gloves in here either we must be out, well guess I'll have to risk it" right before giving time the covid 19 test. Dr came in for .3 seconds said covid is neg. Staff were VERY unprofessional and unprepared their infectious control procedures were almost non existent

The NP was great! however, we are still dealing with covid and to see a pill on the floor beside the exam bed shows the table nor room was disinfected because if so it would not have been there.

Too small waiting room only 1 iPad for every to sign in and no clean up precaution after each use. Also gave my insurance card and my copay for urgent care is $45.00 and I was charged the full amount of $120.00 because they could not verify and I have yet to hear from them about refunding my difference or the result of the urine I gave for the reason I was there.

The provider was very rude. Didn't bother to look at my daughter allergies to antibiotics before she came in to examine her. Then when she suggested something we told her she was allergic to it. She then was asking us what the plan of care should be. I told her shes the provider shes getting paid for services rendered not me.

PA was great the rest of the staff and the office needs to be replaced and the office needs to be sterilized and deep cleaned. The manager doesn’t know how to control her staff to make them be professional to patients and other staff. The front staff are very rude and unwelcoming. The front staff talking about patients protected health information is a huge HIPPA violation. The staff refusing to wash hands and sanitize equipment when requested is a huge issue.
