Y’all did GREAT!!! The Receptionist was so friendly and helpful upon our arrival, then the Physician’s Assistant was so efficient and conveyed all pertinent info to the Doctor. Then, I met Dr. Dennis! He was such a kind, friendly, excellent Doctor! i My experience at Quick Care Med (perfectly named) was exactly what I needed!!! Thank you all, very much! This will be our go-to. medical facility, when we are in Crystal River, and need medical attention.

Friendly caring professionals from the first step into the door until I was on my way home. Communication was fabulous. I knew when, where and more importantly....why. The doctor really listens. The diagnosis was clearly explained. The forward plan was in writing. Very positive experience.

Receptionist was quite welcoming and made registering easy. I was able to make a reasonable appointment for later in the day, after another doctor appointment. When I came back, again welcomed. Although I was early, I was welcomed back by the kind nurse. Then, I was treated carefully for a build up of ear wax in one ear, successfully. This was great because I had been having trouble hearing and couldn't get in to my PCP until the 20th!
