Sent appointment for 1:30 was there for 2 hours while staff was sitting around. Got upset and than they started working
1) "WALK-IN" Clinic: Tried to walk-in, "need to make appointment but we are booked up"; made appt. for next day; at 1:30. Got there at 1:30. "Your appt. isn't until 3:30, you double booked". No I didn't (I don't like being told I did something when I didn't). You and several others did and we rescheduled and sent a text to everybody. Never got a text. Came back at 3:30, sat in waiting room with one man and his little girl for 45 min. His little girl ended up with covid. Waited another 15 min. Got put in a room and waited the... read more

Although I waited an hour to be seen, and there were no other patients being seen at the time, I was otherwise satisfied with my treatment.
I tried to get to urgent care this morning. Homosassa location closed. Sign said Crystal River location is open. Drive there and their sign stated closed Saturday and Sunday. I have I believe a simple UTI. I will not go to ER and expose myself to Covid. Didn’t want to self medicate but will try Amoxicillin that I have at home. Poor management call!
It was a test for COVID-19
My doctor was great, she gave me meds for the terrible cough I had and I ended the meds yesterday and the coughing is almost gone. She is a god sent. I have seen 3 doctors and they did not get rid of my cough. Thank you for having an ace doctor working there.
