Was treated most kindly. First visit to the clinic. Very pleased with kindness and ver efficient. Would definitely return if needed in future.
Provider and nurse/tech we’re great but the girl at the front window is rude and moves like a snail - like it’s too much to answer patient questions. She mumbled thru the glass partition and patients couldn’t understand her and every time she’d get snotty for having to repeat herself. I understand there’s a staffing shortage but I think you could find someone better than her. Advertise at the community college for weekend help.
Dr. Ellen Heubach is THE best! She was professional, informative, and helped me relax and get my blood pressure down from anxiety of my reason I was there. Thank you so much to her! She is awesome at her profession. Shelena was so helpful. Cassie at front desk knows her job well and was very polite. My Sunday visit was more pleasing than I expected from a Drs office. It took way too long for a short appointment.
Having shingles is very very painful!!!! Got to Quick Care right before 0900 when they opened and waited without an appointment. Signed in on the machine and was the fourth walk-in. Two others already had appointments. Was able to be seen within 45 minutes and thought that was great. The staff in Inverness was very systematic and very comfortable to professionally converse with. Was able to get all my medication at the Walgreens in Dunnelon as ordered from PA by noon. Thank you to Cindy and the staff for helping!!

Just love the PA Michelle and Cindy the assistant. Because I have not been able to get into a primary care physician they have been my lifeline.
