Staff was great! Not a long wait, even though they were busy. I haven't been feeling good for a week and they took wonderful care of me.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and efficient. However, once I arrived in the examination room, I was assisted immediately, but it took an exceptionally long time for the staff member to take my temperature because the machine was malfunctioning. We faced the same issue when trying to check my oxygen level and pulse. I felt sympathy for the staff member who had to deal with the faulty equipment; she appeared both embarrassed and frustrated. I explained to the doctor that I had a reaction to the type of antibiotic she was prescribing. I felt dismissed when I expressed my concerns. I was told that I was prescribed this antibiotic before. What she didn't know is that I had a severe reaction to it. I had to trust her because I had a UTI and I started taking the antibiotics and t again I am having a severe reaction.
