I needed an urgent antibiotic sent out and I went dead in the afternoon to where sending it shouldn’t have been an issue with barely anybody there but apparently it has been. The nurse assistant who saw me was wonderful but the doctor seemed spaced out and didn’t sent out my prescription like promised for an urgent bacterial infection which now may get worse.

I went to urgent care because I had a UTI. I saw Alan Hopkins. He didn’t order a urine culture but gave me two prescriptions. He also did not exam me. He could have given me the wrong antibiotic but I will never know since he did not order a culture. I will never go back there
I have had many many UTI or bladder infections to know when I have one. Very disappointing to wait as long as I did to have someone tell me I did not have one rather it was possibly a tumor. Not nice to say to someone who has a mistrust of the medical field. I was also advised to seek a PCP. As you know new patient appts are weeks if not months out. I may end up in septic shock if I wait that long. My symptoms are worse now so I will seek treatment somewhere.

Dr. Alan. did not lproperly examine me and never listen to my breathing. i explained to him i could not take Delysum for my cough and sore throat but he said in a loud boisterous tone of voice, '" tonight it will be Delysum."" When i tried to explain i had be sick with this cold over a week and that i need it some antibiotics he just ::ignored me . i asked for note for work for Nov. 2nd and 3rd and he refuse to grant it. I visited the sw 200 location yesterday in extreme ear pain in my right ear. I left a 1 star review because Alan (i believe was his name, older dude with grey hair, beard, and glasses) at the sw 200 location lied to me and told me that they had flushed my ear and could see my eardrum, however when the pain got worse and I went to the ER, they informed me that my ear was in fact not visible as it was covered with wax. Horrible wait. I do believe there was a new girl I could tell that was taking up a lot of time. I’m a nurse so I’m all for training new people, however I think that when you have a new prison training you should have extra staff to pick up the slack. Orientation is very time consuming so extra help is needed
