The front desk staff was great but the medical was terrible. I was seen by a nurse that by the way he acted doesn’t know anything about medicine.

Waited a long time 2 hrs to see anybody about my aliment. Then when I did see someone they said they couldn't help me had yo go to the emergency room the next.

I went to quick care because I had a non life threatening issue and didn't need the care or expense of an emergency room. It's my understanding an emergency room is open 24 hours and you can be admitted without being transported elsewhere. I was expecting a bill for 45.00 as stated on my insurance card. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for 438.00 for emergency room and 65.00 for the physician! The quick care is a stand alone building and the hospital has an attached emergency room.
