Would recommend to anyone. Extremely fast and thorough. Came out on a Sunday and then several times after when a refrigerator needed service. They set up a ticket with GE and helped me through all of the replacement issues. Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from a company. Will absolutely recommend to anyone!!!
we're quick to take 200$ for the service call, reschedule to after hours which cause me and my employees stay extra 3 hr on the job, came unprepared without needed parts, not right Freon, and tools ( although he knew it a commercial freezer) after 20 min on the job promised to send me estimate never did so. Please stay away . Not worth your time & money.
I'm so impressed with their honesty, exceptional customer service, timely response, and professional demeanor, a combination which is so hard to find these days! Our dryer went out during the holidays, and after calling around, Quick Check was the only one who could send out a technician right away. Quick Tech set up a same day appointment for my stove which had stopped functioning. Constantine, the tech, called to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a malfunctioning electrical outlet. The stove is now connected to an adjacent outlet while I locate an electrician. Constantine is an honest, personable technician who quickly addressed the issue. I’m very happy with the service provided.
