Second time using Denis for my appliance repair. He did not disappoint. Professional timely service and did what he promised to do at a fair price. Great follow up and kept in the loop every step of the way.
Denis was great to work with. He was always quick to respond to my calls, showed up when expected, very respectful and honest! Highly recommend him and his team!
Would recommend to anyone. Extremely fast and thorough. Came out on a Sunday and then several times after when a refrigerator needed service. They set up a ticket with GE and helped me through all of the replacement issues. Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from a company. Will absolutely recommend to anyone!!!
Tech was knowledgeable and fixed my fridge. Also shared some pointers for my other appliances. Service was prompt and courteous. Would definitely call them again.
we're quick to take 200$ for the service call, reschedule to after hours which cause me and my employees stay extra 3 hr on the job, came unprepared without needed parts, not right Freon, and tools ( although he knew it a commercial freezer) after 20 min on the job promised to send me estimate never did so. Please stay away . Not worth your time & money.
