Just picked up our truck from the quick lane and it was an amazing service experience. Joseph was highly knowledgeable quick with his service and friendly customer service so just wanted to give a good review because it was an amazing service experience will be back.
Had an item stolen from my vehicle when it was last serviced here. Sent negative survey and received one call back on issue and that was it. Also had to take my other vehicle back before to get tire rotation done, was not completed first time. Did get next service free. Should have learned from that time and not gone back.
Amazing!! Highly recommend. I was on a road trip and they so kindly checked my tire pressure with no hesitation. Thank you so much!!
I was driving from Alabama to Florida, and as I passed through Montgomery, my car alerted me that the engine temperature was getting dangerously high. I pulled into this Quick Lane, and Kaitlyn was amazing and quick to assist me. While they weren’t able to fix the issue on the spot (it wasn’t their fault), the entire team made sure I was comfortable and confident in continuing my drive. Very professional people, Vmvery organized and clean. It has some amenities for clients such as coffee, a vending machine, chargers in every chair and a big TV.
