Nice people and fast unloading. The dock is a little bit too tricky

The staff here is great to work with. My prices are spot on. My rep there (Dan) has terrific customer support skills, in fact everyone at this office has been very helpful to growing my business. I wouldn't buy from any other supplier. Any mistakes they fix immediately. I have never once had an issue they didn't solve without me asking. Great company!
I purchased some shingles from this location. Unfortunately, my roofer couldn’t put the shingles on my roof until a couple of months later due to his work obligations. Once he did come to replace the shingles, that was when I learned I was given the wrong shingles! I attempted to change them at this location (where I purchased them) but was told that the “lady boss” did not authorize the exchange! I was furious!
