As a homeowner I went to this distributor to buy some materials for my home after the hailstorm. The whole team was very helpful but Marcos went the extra mile and explained the different materials and quality. I came to this supplier today, July 7th. The website says the office is open until 5:00 p.m. finding this location was horrible because there was no signage and I had to walk around the warehouse building to find a inconspicuous side door entrance. I arrived at 4:15 p.m. I can see the guy behind the counter, he saw me and then pretended to ignore me for about 1 minute. Came here to be unloaded. Was here since 2:30 pm on Sunday, parked over night. Unloaded 2 other trucks before me and their only excuse is. Sorry. First come first serve. I checked in first. Should be UNLOADED FIRST.
Wow, I'd rather get hesd from a mountain lion than half e to go to this location. Best thing they've ever done was let In and Oit Burger in the parking lot. Apparently the extremely long waits weren't long enough so they decided to make it harder. Thx ABC!! Who needs to keep a schedule when the entire store is estimated st rhe same time.
Had a great experience purchasing LP siding for a diy install. Supplier was knowledgeable. Communication was pretty good, answered my questions and collaborated on ideas for getting materials. Warehouse was efficient. I would work with them again.
