Almost an hour to get 12 pcs of j bead! Staff hanging out on their phones ignoring me Eventually got my order but I will never never ever return to this place! Horrible experience & customer service! Lady at the receipt desk told me too bad!

It's a piece of crap of attention, the cargo receivers are slow and don't respect the shifts of people who arrive early, they are lazy and spend their time walking around, they have attitude and are aggressive, they are not professional

Amazing experience with this particular location. John (we were informed at some point that there are two Johns though) was very helpful with advising and just talking about various siding types and colors available. We’ve got multiple samples of real siding (side note: the only thing that helps is seeing a real house with the colors you are considering). Samples mislead a little. At the end, siding was delivered yesterday. Our contractor is starting the work in two days.

I'm wondering why people are complaining, My experience with Beacon Building Products was amazing, i got here at 6 PM, i parked for the night and the next morning i checked in at 6:45 AM and arround 7:10 AM they start unloading me, it took almost 20 mnts ONLY and i was out for my next pickup. Everybody here was awesome from the front office to the warehouse. Thank you guys.
