I’ve bought roofing supplies, rubber siding, tar paper and I had an extra roller rubber and I didn’t have the receipt to take it back and they took a look at it. They remember me and they gave me my money back about and I was great. They got a customer forever in me
The supervisor, Ruben, was very arrogant and unprofessional. His customer services skills are real poor, I decided not to spend my money in the store because of his rude answers to all the questions asked. I won't recommend this company to none of my friends & family. One unhappy customer is equal ten thousand unhappy customers.
